Hibernating!!!

Hi everyone, just sat watching the snow fall passed my window. I can remember when I was little and my brother and me would rush out at the first heavy snowfall and make a snowman and then have snowball fights, woollen mittens my mam would knit me would be soaked and took back into the house to dry around the fire and another pair put on till I ran out and then used socks!!! LOL, nowadays its the old bones that keeps me indoors hahahaha. So I sat in my craft room earlier and made this card using my LOTV stamps, I love them! and I love this fairy shes so cute. Hope everyone is staying warm and safe in this weather, will have to tackle it tomorrow because a certain cocker spaniel loves the snow!!!! TFL huggles everyone xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I am entering this in the LOTV challenge http://liliofthevalleythursdaychallenge.blogspot.co.uk/

Lovely card Sue and the image is really sweet. It's amazing how as kids we all loved the snow and couldn't wait for it - now most of us can't wait for it to go! Brrr! Love from Christine x

ooh this is soooooo pretty! That image is gorgeous and your colouring is fabulous - so is the layout of the card. Here in Bournemouth we don't often get snow. We had a bit of sleet this morning but it didn't last long. Maybe tomorrow!! xx

I remember those days of wet mittens...and boy oh boou used ...they are so prettyy your hands stayed warmer in mittens rather than gloves!
My Grandmother and aunt knitted ours,,,they would be over the heat registers so they would dry faster so we could go back out!

Very pretty card. Love the colours you used...so soft and pretty.

If this is what happens when your old bones keep you indoors then its not a bad thing. Beautiful card Sue.x
