Christmas Time In February!!

Hi everyone and thanks so much for all your wonderful comments every one of them is truly appreciated...such a great bunch of crafty blogging friends you are!!! Well today's card is a christmas card for Debi's challenge over on our Christmas Card Club (which I love) it is a tri-fold card using traditional christmas colours, first time making one of these LOL and actually I got it all mixed up and made a stepper, then I realised my stepper had three folds in it sooooooooooo it would have been okay hahahaha...oh well too late now. Have so much fun doing these cards, I'm using lots of scraps I have left over and its a great way to get all your christmas cards done in time. Well hope you like it ...I'm off to see all the other girls creations TFL and huggles everyone xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx going to enter this card in Hazel's challenge over at http://craftyhazelnutschristmaschallenge2.blogspot.co.uk/

Hi Sue, it's amazing how we have all interpreted it differently yet we've all made great cards. I love all your embellishments, especially Mr Snowman! The red and gold is really Christmas-y. love from Christine xx

What a great card, I love the bright colours and the different shape. I'm boring Sue I tend to stick with the same old shape- square, must have a go at other shapes and styles, have a good Sunday, Kate x

Great card...lots of sparkle! That red sparkle paper is amazing! It just called out for that beautiful gold mat to highlight it, didn't it!

Your little snowman is so cute and I like the wee charm. I hardly ever use charms as they are very pricy over here. I have a list of things to purchase when I come to England this summer and charms are one of them. I do have a few but not like the gorgeous ones you can get over there.

There used to be a girl on WOYWW who opened a charm mail order business. Not sure where in England she lived but she had lots under 10 cents!

That folded flat bow that showcases the Merry Christmas greeting on it is very effective. Must remember to try that technique!

Hi Sue, your card is absolutely stunning darlin!!!. I do not think that you could get a more festive sparkly card like yours, it is lovely. I do love glitter card especially red. I love that snowman topper and those snowflakes are lush. It's such a great idea to use up loads of stash and also recycling. I am so glad that you are in the CCC honey and looking forward to seeing more of your designs. Big hugs Clare xxxx
