Lazy Sunday

Hi everyone, I know I say this all the time but I really really appreciate your comments, such a great bunch of fantastic friends you all are xx...well I'm having a really lazy day today all I've done is make the Sunday lunch and had a little dabble with some things I bought at the craft fair yesterday. We had so much fun..and I got all the things I really needed and a couple of things to try. Walking around you could hear Barbara Grays karaoke and everyone singing as they crafted LOL..it was a lovely atmosphere all day. So I took a photo of what I bought and Ollie was trying to have a good look too hahaha he just squeezed in on the right of the picture and then a quick card I made today which I haven't finished yet...hope your all well and warm because I've just noticed sleet coming down outside!!! TFL and hugglessssssssss everyone xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Ohhhh Sue...It arrived on Friday and just could not tell you that they folded it in half to fit it in my mailbox!!! Even though you had it marked "Do not fold" I was in bits as it is so beautiful! I could hardly talk to the post office manager as I was wanting to cry...

I wanted to wait to thank you so I could tell you the resolution from the post office...but they have not called back yet! I couldn't pretend it didn't happen as it will show in the photos! I always like to give some bloggy credit to those who take the time to send a hand made card.

Right now I have it weighted down with heavy encyclopedias so I can flatten it as I want to have it on my desk for WOYWW on Wwednesday.

I have 2 others still coming and have no idea when they will arrive...it usually only takes 4 or 5 days...but we have a new mailperson and since they arrived, all our mail has been really slow.

DH thinks she is behind from trying to learn the route...we have a central delivery box system...the superbox is about a block away from my house...she fills all the little slots and then locks the big door at the back. We then walk down and pick up from our individual slot. There is a large box that is shared by about 10 people. She is supposed to place larger items in there and leave me the key. I find the key in my little slot and open the shared, remove my large item and then toss the key back into my slot for her to retrieve...guess that was too ma steps for her to follow.

I wil check my messages when I get home from babysitting...hopefuloly they will have phoned by then!!!

If you have email I am scrappymo1@gmail.com
Drop me an email and I will reply back and tell you all about the ongoing saga.

I will check out your wonderful stash as soon as I get home...can't figure out how to enlarge your phto on daughters computer!!!

It looks like a treasure chest of goodies and the card looks great so far.

Great to know Ollie's a crafty little guy! Thanks for taking the time to leave me a sweet comment. I have to apologise for my tardiness. Having a mare of a time with the move from GReader to Bloglovin. I'm not ignoring you…I'm just technologically retarded! LOL
