Sunflowers On A Snowy Day

Hi everyone..thanks for taking the time to visit my blog and leave your comments I truly do appreciate every one of them. Well all I can say is this snow needs to politely Go Away!! it's definitely overstayed it's welcome. I went to my crafty club today and it snowed all the way there and on and off all the time I was out and then all the way home!! but I love it there we have so much fun. Everyone is excited about this Saturday because its our trip to the Harrogate craft fair!!! and we are all getting a 'treat' on the day LOL I have tried to bring some sun and warmth into my card today..I decided to have a play with my sunflower and script stamp from Oak House Studios..love this set and I was so lucky to win it. Thanks for all your kind words on my blog yesterday, I'm feeling more upbeat today, I just get fed up by people who have contributed to you feeling down and then continue to make remarks and are so full of their own self importance, when actually  they need to stop with their total paranoia and nastiness. Ok rant over and apologies, but it had to be said. Hugglesssss to all my true friends and blogging friends and TFL xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Gorgeous sunflowers Sue ! Very cheery and it's what we need today, it's very dreary, overcast and light rain.. hope it melts the snow away (we still have tons). Cheers, Shirleyx ps... molding paste is easy to use with a stencil & palette knife... it's like icing a cake, careful removing the stencil (on a diagonal is best), let it dry and paint over top!

Fantastic card Sue in such a gorgeous colour. Love the sunflower. Quite a bit of fussy cutting there. Glad you're feeling a bit better.

Hello Sue, pleased you're feeling a bit better today, it's horrible when when your feeling low. Just t think to yourself that it's "them" who have the problem and take a step back. You don't need folk who drain you.
Anyway enough of the armchair psychology andd on to your card, it's beautiful and would cheer anyone up. Love the shimmer. You take care, Kate x

When I saw your card I felt like running out and smelling the flowers. Then I looked out and saw grey skies, white stuff and no flowers....drats! Thanks for making me smile, even if it was just for a moment. I so needed that!
