Nice To Be Back

Hi everyone I'm kind of back! I'm struggling a lot really I don't feel well at all been backwards and forwards to the doctors and the hospital and I've found it hard to do any crafting or keep up with your lovely blogs. I pushed myself today because the lovely Lynnda Worsnop of Oak House Studio stamps is having a one stamp marathon today and tomorrow and she sent me the stamp to join in and the cards I've had on my blog before but I sat and made some earrings out of shrink plastic this morning and a gift box so I could join in but not sure if I can keep up today.. but if anyone wants to pop over and see the lovely things they are all making its http://oakhousestudio.blogspot.co.uk/      I will get round to visiting your lovely blogs soon I've missed seeing all the fab things you all create..hope you are all safe and well and a HUGE thank you to my lovely friend Jenny who sent me a parcel of goodies (love you to bits!) anyway I'm back off to bed ..it's not good when the carer becomes the cared for is it?? TFL hugglesssssssssssssss xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Sue, these are beautiful makes! I really love those earrings! You are very very creative! I am so sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. I hope it isn't serious. I prayed for you. I am glad you posted your cards and earrings and were able to maybe forget a little bit about not feeling well. For me, I get lost in coloring and it helps with my physical pain. I pray you get well very fast! We all would miss your lovely work. I am happy for you that you got a goodie box too! Yeah!!! I had one once and it contents were life savers, I mean card savers! LOLOL Get well, Friend.

Wonderful projects...the black and white and red caught my eye...it is like zentangle and looks so relaxing to do!

Sorry to hear you are not doing well at the moment...I am a bit behind in visiting and am just reading this 9 days after you posted it...I pray that you are doing a bit better now. I truly understand what it is like to feel that certain things have to take priority...sometimes as you say, crafting has to take a back seat.

Sometimes I get overwhelmed with my blog and get a bit behind
and start to feel like it is not as much as before...when that happens I chunk out some things I like to do (like organize my room or my stamps or whatever or even just colour images. or just make embellishments. I find that helps as there is no stress to "finish" something and no stress to make all the little decisions that need made when you make a whole card.
It sounds kinda crzy when i write it out here...but it relaxes me and makes papercrafting fun again!
But don't stay away too long cuz we will miss you...hope it is OK to keep in touch by email as I don't want to lose track of you girl!
