Friends

Hi everyone, did anyone see where the sun went?? I think it was a case of now you see me, now you don't!! It's grey and overcast here and rain is forecast and set that way for the weekend according to the weather forecast, so that means more time to craft and right now I'm enjoying it. I was sat in my craft room making this little easel card today, as you will notice with another of my LOTV images and I looked up and I have all the cards I have received over the passed few weeks and my mojo angel sent to me by my dear bud Sue and I thought I've never met these people (well I'm meeting one in August who is coming all the way from Canada!!! and I'm so excited about that) and I have to say your all amazing and such caring people, we all have things that happen in our lives that knock us off our feet, some can get straight back up and for others its a longer process, but one thing  for sure is we all rally round when needed and I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I've made some home made soup today, I know its usually for colder weather but DH had a tooth out today, and his lordship had a couple of pieces of carrot for his waistline LOL well I'm off to dish it out and TFL huge huggles xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Gorgeous card Sue and fantastic colouring. Love the shade of blue that you have used also. It was a wet and miserable day here today and I had some soup that was in the freezer - potato and leek- and ate it sitting at the fire - it felt like winter again.

Stunning card. I LOVE that easel card base...let me know if you have a tutorial for it...I would love to try that card fold.

Your image is gorgeous and the colours really are perfect with this image and the base!

So glad you are feeling better...Setbacks in life, with our health and really with anything are so intrusive. It is hard to bounce back...I know this too! But we can do it...we just need to find our way...and nothing like thos fabulous blogging communitity to rise our spirits.
I have met some of the most wonderful people on here...you included of course...and it really is uplifting to know that there are so many caring people! I am sure this is helping you up too!

I think you are doing great...you are setting your own course as the boaters would say and it is the right pace and course for you!!!
