Ollies Card For Dad

Hi everyone and hello to my new followers! Me and Ollie have been busy making his father's day card for DH but as you can see he soon disappeared back to his Dad when I tried to ink his paw up to put on the inside of it...craft room floor had a few paw prints on but unfortunately none on the card!!! LOL I hope everyone is okay today..the weather here is bloomin miserable! we have rain. I used one of my new LOTV images for the card I bought this because Paul loves his golf although he can't walk around the course now ..he has to get a buggy and can only play nine holes instead of eighteen and usually the next day he can't walk but he always say's its worth it!!! wish I had taken the photo when the card had dried out properly, it looks a bit bumpy where I put the twine on..and the watermark is missing oh my!! oh well onwards and upwards..TFL huggles everyone and I'll get round to your fab blogs after tea xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  12. Hi Sue,
    me lovely little blogging mate.
Now I don't know what to comment on first your lovely hubby snoozing with Ollie or your card. Well it looks like its been your hubby that has won. They look sooooooooo cozy together. So glad he can participate in his hobby. He must think it's worth the pain to do it. Well done to him for making the effort. A very plucky man you have got there, and a bit like yourself you are such an inspiration to me.
Now at long last to that card, it's such a superb creation. Love the image. design and what you have created. Can I ask what die the clouds are, as I
have to make a card for my great granddaughter, to send for the C Beebies
Birthday card showing and need some clouds. last time I made them with cotton wool, but I think they look a whole lot better.
    Have a wonderful crafty weekend.
Take it easy all 3 of you.
Lots of crafty love. Fairy Godmother Jenny L.

  15. Oh this has made my day Sue - what a lovely piccy of Paul with his master Ollie!!! (Yup only joking!). Ollie certainly knows where to get comfy though and I just adore the card he has made - boy is he clever. Had a chuckle when I thought about him with inky paws! This is such a lovely image and I think the pricking around the clouds is a brilliant idea.

    Hugs to you Sue Pxxx

Ollie's card is wonderful. He is a fabulous sewer too...Love the stitching around the clouds. That is one of my favourite golfer images! You have made a wonderful design and I'm sure this card will be well loved!
