Playing Catch Up!

Hi everyone seems like ages since I blogged..thanks for all the wonderful wishes and emails. Myself and 'him indoors' seem to have been passing virus's and bugs back and forth to each other for weeks and its knocked the stuffing out of us both, but thankfully all seems well now, so I am playing catch up. My first card is for our challenge on Christmas Card Club and the theme was 'Father Christmas' the lovely Margaret choose the theme this time and my second card is a Wryn digi I bought and decided to colour and put a card together with it. I'm looking forward to going to my craft club and seeing everyone tomorrow because I haven't been able to go and I've missed the girls so much and all the gossip and laughter!!! Hope all you lovely friends are well and wherever you are..are enjoying this wonderful sunshine we seem to be having at the moment..I hope it last TFL hugglessssssssssssss everyone and I will try and catch up with all your lovely blog news and creations xxxxx

So glad to hear you are feeling better. Let's hope virus season slows down with the warmer weather.
Your Father Christmas card is cute...I love the sparkly trees! Your image is shaded so beautifully...I need lessons in that!
I wish we were in England longer as it would be so much fun to come along to your craft group!
Looks like we will be in Filey aprox. Aug 15 till the 25...our cousin (in law) works in Scarborough 2 days a week. Soon as I know her schedule I will let you know dates available to get together! Hopefully one of them will work out with your schedule too. I thought I could catch a ride into Scarborough with her when she goes to work and then meet up with you wherever works out for you. I am really looking forward to it!

DH will go golfing with his cousin (her husband)so I can escape for a good visit with you.

I'm at the lake and DH got internet for me but I can't post cards as both USB ports are broken on this laptop...arrrrgh I am making sea themed cards up here and will post them when I get back home.

Your second card is a sweetie. I always love your card with pink colours...this one is so delicate in pretty!
