Monochrome Christmas

Hi everyone! hope you are all keeping okay. Today is our Christmas Club Challenge day and the lovely Clare chose monochrome. I'm sorry this photograph isn't very good but I chose yellow as my colour and the Christmas trees were also decoupaged up but you can't see that too good either so I'm not really having a good time am I?? LOL. Well yesterday the weather was horrendous, it never stopped raining all during the night then constantly during the day which led to lots of flooding around here, some roads were impassable and closed and some small countryside bridges collasped, thankfully no one was hurt. Fingers crossed this isn't a sign of things to come this winter.  At least most of the water had subsided today and we could take 'his lordship' out for a walk. Well I have scheduled this post because I will be busy in the morning so hopefully it works I've never done it before hahahaha TFL and lots of hugglessssssssssssssssssssss Sue xxxxxxxxxxxx

Oh my goodness what an awful day! I haven't spoken to my sister or nephew for a couple of days but no doubt I will hear all tonight.

Your card is lovely and the colour makes a nice change for Christmas. That Christmas tree is fab. Is it a stamp or die?

Love and hugs from Christine xx

H Sue, great card, love the colour and it makes a wonderful change from the trad and blues that are mostly made. Love your trees too.

I hope your weather is better, and you and Ollie can get for walks, hugs Kate x

Hello there Matey!! This is lovely and so elegant! I love those 'deecouparged' trees - you can see they are layered in your pic whereas you can't see that the centre panel of my stamped area has been deecouparged!!! Nothing wrong with your photography missus.

Had a text from Ollie asking me if I knew where you had put his wellies - not that I could help of course. Probably somewhere in your craft room!!!

Lots of hugs to you both Sue Pxxx and a big sloppy one for Ollie babe.

Hi Sue, made me think "they call it mellow yellow" showing my age now. Hope the weather bucks up for you. WE have had a lovely sunny morning today but now it is overcast and drizzly. Take care,
