SDD Winter Blues

Hi all you wonderful peeps! It's dragon time again LOL and poor Rupert the dragon is having a touch of the winter blues so as you have probably guessed the challenge this fortnight over at Stamping Dragon Designs is 'Winter Blues' so your project must contain the colour blue. I decided to even colour him blue LOL with his cheeky tongue sticking out. The paper used on here is also available over at the store. Have a pop over and join in the challenge you can win a £5 voucher to spend at the store:) and also see the rest of the lovely DT creations. 'His lordship' looks all posh now he's been cut and groomed, but I'm sure it won't be long before he finds a muddy puddle LOL. I'm going to have a crafty afternoon, I have a few things to do this morning, like the dreaded ironing, but haven't got much thank goodness and make some chicken soup for tea later. TFL I'll be round your fab blogs later and all the links are at the bottom of my blog if you want to join the challenge or join us on our great facebook page, we have a lot of fun! Hugglessssssssssssssssss Sue xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
This picture is for Hettie (Sam) lol she asked to see a pic of 'his lordship' all spruced up, sorry but it's the best I could do LOL

Such a lovely design. Great card Sue! And Ollie is a handsome devil, isn't he? We used to have a cocker spaniel when I was little, but she was a lot more "ginger", and didn't have two braincells to rub together, lol. (honestly, she was the stupidest dog ever, but oh so lovable!) x

Fun dragon card....love the hexagons and that plaid paper. I think everyone has the winter blues. I sure do!
Oh, "his lordship" is just beautiful. Shame he's going to go searching for mud puddles. Ha

Sorry matey but I have to ignore your card for a moment just to tell you what a handsome huggable softie you have there! I do mean his Lordship of course - those liquid eyes are so gorgeous. I just want to send him a virtual cuddle!

Anyway - must say a few words about your beautiful card now. When I saw the title I was a bit worried 'cos I thought you meant you! Duh! I love your little dragon card, he looks as if he is smiling so he has made me feel cheerful! Brilliant.

Lots of hugs to you and Paul

Hi Sue
Love the card but can't help my attention wandering to the beautiful Ollie. He is soooo gorgeous!
Wish my hair looked as glossy as his coat.
Best wishes.

What a cute blue dragon...he's just sweet as can be with that little tongue hanging out. I was fascinated with your hexagons, and how you have them arranged (and even added all those tiny pearls! You must have very steady hands and the patience of Job!) The plaids put me in mind of old shirts that always felt so comfy once you got them 'broken in'. Nice to combine your flourish designs in among the plaids too. The one time I tried the hexagon shapes, I found it awkward to arrange on the card front. Yours are wonderful! Loved your blue card. Also enjoyed seeing Mr Handsome all dolled up too. Bet he couldn't wait to roll around and get back to the way he probably likes to be. He's a sweetie. TFS & Hugs

Ah, geez, Sue, you really used up all my "ahhhhhhs" with this post! Ah, schweet, how cute is that dragon??!! And then, OMG, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, how darn huggable is His Lordship? I would not get one thing done around him. I would have to teach him how to stamp and use scissors while I just sat there holding him on my lap!! Have a wonderful weekend! Hugs, Darnell

Great card - the dragon might be blue but it is a fun card! Ollie certainly looks smart too. Thanks for sharing this with us at Crafting with Dragonflies for our first challenge for 2014.

Couldn't take my eyes off the hexagon background... until I saw his lordship. I can see why he's got you wrapped around his little paw. LOL. Too cute!

Another fab card huni, and for some reason that dragon works in blue, which I am somewhat surprised about lol! Gorgeous details on this one, and Olliemabob looks stunning - like butter wouldn't melt - well they look like that when (a) they want something or (b) they did something bad lol! Have a lovely weekend xx

Bless! I popped in on Friday night, but was on my Tablet and it does not like Blogger so I cannot leave messages. I was busy yesterday so didn't get near a puter. I was busy gallivanting for Rabbie Burns!
Great card. Love the lickle Dragon.
