Crafty Club Monday

Hi all you wonderful peeps! Thanks so much for all comments on my last post, the card is still in one piece LOL I have kept it. It's actually been lovely and sunny here today, a real nip in the air but at least there is no rain, but other's aren't so lucky and it's awful seeing what they are going through on the news. Monday is my crafty club with my lovely friends, so plenty of fun and a good get together today and this is the card I made today. I love this image it's so cute and I got to use lots of snippets of paper so I'm off to see all the girls in the playground, best check if it's not under water and safe! I'm off to the hairdresser's tomorrow get the old barnet done. I had to laugh on Saturday I went into Boot's to buy some new foundation, the assistant says to me 'have you had your face done yet???' I thought I only came in for foundation I wasn't expecting a facelift and besides nothing would help this face it would never launch a tugboat nevermind 'a thousand ships'!!! anyway I had my face 'done' and now I know what shade I need without ever asking LOL well I will be back later to visit your fab blogs TFL and lots of hugglessssssssssssssssss Sue xxxxxxxxxxxxx

This really is such a bright and cheerful card Sue. Just the job for these awful dark dreary days. By the way, yesterday's card was lovely, don't know what you thought was wrong with it! Love and hugs Christine xx

Fabulous card Sue. Love those hexagons too. A good idea to get your face done as sometimes we buy the wrong colour and it's just a waste of money. Hugs Rita xxx

Your snippets and your always-amazing dots are really singing on this adorable card, Sue! I love it!!

How fun that you got your face "done!" I was just in doing that with a friend at a store and I wondered to myself, "what do these pretty young things think when they powder our wrinkle old skin?" They are so sweet, but I do wonder nonetheless what they must think! Oh well, they should be thinking that they'll look like us some day IF THEY ARE LUCKY ENOUGH, right? I mean, short of surgery, the only other way not to be wrinkled is not to be here, so I'm not complaining about mine either! We earn them all!

Enjoy the day! Hugs, Darnell

Lovely card there Sue. At least your bee looks happy to be out. Ours are a little quiet at the moment. Too cold for them right now.

Hi Sue - this is weird matey - I was searching through my stamps on Sunday looking for a snowflake one and came across a little comical bee and I suddenly had a flash of papers in a honeycomb design with the bee flitting across saying something like HAP-Bee birthday!

I have just seen this card and it is sooooo like the one I was thinking of - another reason to think we were separated at birth eh!! Now you can stop laughing! I do love your card though, the little image is wonderful and your blobbies are amazing as always.

Lots of hugs to you all Sue Pxxx (I was thinking of having a tummy tuck but we all know where me belly-button would end up don't we)

This is indeed a cutir patootie! Lovin' the hexagons, and the bee is a delight!
The hessian looks great...like the roughness of the texture of a real honeycomb. The pearl dots so suit thiese hexagons...I love them on it.
