Skating By To Say Hi!!!

Hi everyone! phewwwwwww isn't it so hot and muggy I thought the deluge of rain we had overnight would have sorted it out but no it's still really humid today. Anyway I sat down after our Sunday lunch (must have been mad to do a roast dinner!) I coloured an LOTV image in of Annabelle and then went into my snippets stash and found some bits and bobs to use. This stash still never gets any smaller I think if I really put my mind to it I could make hundreds of cards and not cut into any new cardstock hahaha and we are all the same aren't we girls??? It's my crafty club Monday tomorrow and Tuesday we are spending it with my brother before he goes back to Austria and the week after my youngest brother is coming up from Sussex with his family for two weeks!!! so I'm really excited about that. I was so lucky to find out I had been picked as the winner over at Di's playground:) such a great bunch of girls go to play there with some gorgeous creations and of course the lovely Di is there too. Well I shall toodle off my eldest Grandson has been staying with us this weekend so we are taking his freshly groomed lordship off out for a nice walk..I will be back later to visit your fab blogs TFL and lots of hugglesssss Sue xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Yes, I think I have similar problems with snippets... But there's so many new gorgeous papers to play with! lol.
LOVE this card, and the embossed brick wall is fab! Is it a folder? From who? must get one! :-)
And before I go, come enter my candy! x

I too love the embossed beick wall. It is a geat folder.
Thsi is a wonderful card, Sue. Coloured beautifully as always! I agree about the bit and bobs that collect. That is what started me on this journey to create without buying consumables. Idon't mind the full sheets of things as they store in a tidy manner. But the random bits of this and that drive me bonkers so I am trying hard to use them up! Those are the things I find get damaged easily if not used quickly....quickly...hahahaha...not a word in my craft vocabulary!

Crafty hugs and hugs to Paul and His Lordship.Soundslike you have a good week planned...have lots of fun creating and also with your famliy!

Great card Sue with a lovely image. The weather is the same here despite the rain it is still muggy. I couldn't face a roast so I did salmon - much healthier .. lol! If only I could manage to always eat healthily! Have a great time with your brothers. Hugs Christine xx

Oh Sue, what a terrific card! Gorgeous use of snippets for those lovely layers and little Annabel is adorable :) I think this may well be one of the three stamps I have - bought as they remind me so much of one of Len's grand daughters in Germany.

Hugs, Di xx

What a fun card, so bright and happy. I used to know how to roller skate. I was no derby queen but I could get around without falling. Yeah, I wouldn't even try it now. Them bones of mine are too precious!

Congrats on your win at the playground!

What a super fun card, I love LOTV and love how you've used up some bits and bobs, especially the embossed brickwork. I have a secret suspicion that the scraps multiply when you turn your back because the collection never seems to get smaller!! Thank you for joining us at Sweet Stampin' this week and I hope you'll join us again soon! Love Jacky x
