Anything But A Card With Sweet Stampin'

Hi everyone and thanks for popping over to visit me! Today is our challenge over at Sweet Stampin' and the theme this week is 'Anything But A Card'. So I decided to make a little holder for my craft room. I have used a small gravy tub and stamped some flowers and flourishes on the paper but you can't see them very well and added some lace and pearls and some die cuts. It was really easy to do and I had fun so come on girls..guys and peoples! come join in the fun..our sponsor is Ribbon Girl and they have lots of fab goodies in their online store. Sorry I have been M.I.A. and not visiting your  blogs but I have broken my laptop so a new one is on the cards and this one I'm using is as old as Noah!!! it takes ages to load and turn over pages then sometimes it just gives up!!! LOL so please forgive me but I will be back to normal a.s.a.p me normal???? AS IF :))))) Well it's time to toodle off and do some food shopping oh the joy LOL ...lots of huggles Sue xxxxxxxxx

Hi sue me wonderful little blogging matey.
oooooooooh sooooooooo! sorry to hear about you laptop.
I did wonder, and was about to email you to see if all was okay.
what a very super pot, and a fab item to store things in.
I love everything you have used on this, but what no pearly dots my little queen of the pearly dots. lol.
Pity I don't use those gravy things, but all is not lost as my Son uses them for the dogs dinners, so I will be asking him to keep me some. YAY.
Love and the biggest hugs to all in the J household, especially my biggest and hairiest friend Olliebobs.
Lots of crafty love. Fairy Godmother Jenny L.

This is fantastic Sue. Who would ever have thought that a tub of gravy granules could look like this. Superb.

Well! who's a clever girl then? this is fabulous, must bring a shine to your craftroom when you use it.

Hope the laptop replacement will make you feel better, isn't it a pain, waiting for download, when just a couple of years ago we were on dial up, how time flies LOL.

All I can say is good luck with the new computer, I got a new beginning of December and still haven't got my head around it.

Hi Sue, I'm so far behind in commenting on your lovely cards that I'm not even going to try and catch up. lol But I have had a look through and your cards are just as beautiful as ever. I love, love, love your scarf and hat you made for your dear friend, Sue too. She looks fabulous modeling it as well. I also love your pen holder. When I enlarge the photo I can see the beautiful flowers you stamped, love those pearls too. You talents knows no bounds my friend! I hope you get a new laptop soon, I know how frustrating using something that is as old as Noah is. lol Hugs, Brenda

Sue, this is so pretty - and useful too! Love the colors. I just never think to make something pretty like this for my craft room. Right now I have some of my markers in a green bean can - and yes, I see the green bean label every time I look at my desk! LOL! This is so pretty though and will really freshen up a craft room.
Sorry about the computer issues and know that's frustrating.

What a gorgeous pot Sue and amazing to think it started life as a gravy pot! it will be so nice to have this sitting on your desk too - once we send our cards out we tend to forget them but this will be a reminder of your creativity.
Hugs

They had laptops back in Noah's time, did they? hee hee. This is very sweet! And if you have to make something that isn't a card this is a great practical thing to make!
