Is It Summer Yet???

Hi everyone...well a typical british summer up to now we've had rain, rain ...fog ..wind and this morning we woke up to that horrible drizzle that soaks you right through. I have a good weatherproof coat for taking the dogs out but it doesn't go down to the floor LOL so my jeans were soaking and two very wet dogs later we got back home and in the shower they went.....followed by me!  So I did me and the hubster some lunch and now I'm doing a bit of blogging and some crafting. I have used one of those huge Woodware stamps for my card ..I love to sit and paper piece these and the stamp says it all really and you can use so many of your left over bits of paper....it's one for a box I'm filling for a local charity. They do a lot of work with parents who have suffered the trauma of losing a child due to miscarriage, stillbirth and infant death. It's close to my heart and it's a way of helping in some small way.
I nearly put a card up with another LOTV image on hahahaha but I resisted. Anywhoooo I will try and get round your blogs and I will be back soon...lots of huggles to you all and thanks so much for all the lovely comments you leave me!!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sue xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Sue, so nice to have a visit from you & the boys. Wish I could share some of our yellow sunshine with you this afternoon. That is a really bold stamp, and what a good idea to paper piece it. So very effective, and I love the dimensional flowers you've tucked on it. Love the way you've tucked in your signature pearls too! Hope all has been well with you. TFS & Hugs

Well I certainly can't say anything bad about this stamp as I have used it quite often, especially for mens cards.
Love your colours and papers.
Still in winter clothes here, fed up now, it is not funny anymore, heating on again tonight!

Love your paper piecing Sue and those colours are very pleasing. The Britsh weather is why I don't own a dog!! I hate getting wet. Hugs Mrs A.
