Winter Wishes

Feeling so much better today...I went to the village and posted two Christmas elves I had made that are off to a very good home to cause so much mischief!!! and also a Halloween card for a very special girl.

I made this card with a Stamp Addicts stamp I think he is adorable but I got some ink on it! so I just tried to cover the mess up using small Christmas stamps so I think I shall make another one because I'm not really happy with it but I love the stamp.

My Son just informed me he can't find the scarf I made him and of course he has looked all over (as if lol) so I bought some wool while I was out to make him a new one...then he called me and said he had told a couple of his friends so could I please make them one too! it's a good job I love him to bits hahahaha

Well best go and start tea then I shall get my crochet hook out and start his scarf while I watch the telly. Take care everyone and lots of huggles xxxxxxxxxxxx Sue xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Sue glad that you are feeling better, and I absolutely love this creation that stamp is so adorable and cute I can understand why you love it so much, I think you have made a little cracker here, the colouring and card design look great. Sue we females know that boys, men do NOT look everywhere for stuff if it is not right in front of their noses then it is gone forever, lol.
Hugs

This is adorable Sue, the stamp is so cute and your colouring is fabulous, I do hate it when I smudge ink on cards, even if no one else notices I know it's there!
Lucky your son has such a kind Mum!!

Not sure what you think is messed up or a mess up cover up, but it sure looks great to me Sue! I love this scene, the little boy is such a cutie and that tree is so cute. A boy and his puppy, both trying to see what is in that stocking, just adorable and you have show cased this scene beautifully Sue. Glad you are feeling better! Someone is going to be glad those Christmas Elves are on the way, wish they were coming to my house. lol, lol I have to laugh about your son not being able to find his scarf, can men ever find anything??? But so sweet he wants you to make his friends one too. I love that. Lots of huggles, Brenda

Gorgeous card Sue and not noticed anything smudged anyway.
Your sons antics made me smile, my granddaughter is doing the same, I am sending her a 'crae box' and to add to it she asked could she have banoffee pie I make for the flat mates, honestly haha, good job her dad is running it down isn't it.xx

OH! Sue, I LOVE your card, can't notice any "ink". Love the image and your card. Isn't funny boys look all over for things and can never find them? Well he has certainly given you something to do to fill your precious time hahahaha. Keep up the good work.

I am crocheting my Mum a lap blanket at the moment ( Sweet Pea Family Crochet). Just a good old Granny square design with a pretty border, hooking like mad to make sure it's finished in time for Christmas!! xx
