Simple Card

Hi everyone I must apologise first for not getting round your blogs over the last couple of days but someone decided to share their cold germs with me and I've had no energy at all. It seems to be one thing after another in this house, anyway enough whining I know there are people far worse off than me. When I couldn't sleep for coughing during the early hours I decided to get up and have a mess about in my craft room..I was tidying all my stamps up and putting them in new folders then I came across these Indigo Blu stamps and had a play. Just stamped onto linen card and added some butterflies with Squeezed Lemonade distress ink. Nice and simple and one for my box and I love that sentiment too. Well I will get off and make the tea even though I have no appetite..but I won't worry about that I have enough reserves around my middle to keep me going for months!! LOL lots of huggles and TFL Sue xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

A beautiful card with a beautiful sentiment. Please feel better soon. I think my allergies are cranking up. Ugh! If so, I'll be joining you with the coughing, especially at night.

What a pretty card! And great for Earth Day that is coming up. I'm so sorry to hear you caught those germs. They are horrible germs. I finally managed to outrun mine. I hope I can healthy for more than 30 days but I'm not holding my breath (well, actually I am cuz I'm asthmatic, but that's another story).

I'm sorry to hear you have a bad cold. BooHoo for that, cause you just feel miserable for a while. Good for you that you could get some therapy with making this lovely card. It's quite different from your usual style, and I'm looking 'round for the pearls. This one is unique with the black & white and bright pops of yellow. Very sophisticated, and I really like it too. The textured paper was just right for the image and your coloring. Well done. Hope you feel better real soon. TFS & Hugs

Hi Sue
Your card is beautiful. Fab composition. I have that sentiment stamp from Indigo Blue and its lovely.
They always share their germs, never their chocolate or cash, just their germs.
Get well soon.

So sorry to hear you are not feeling well. You might have got wee bit rundown from your nursing duties...and so it is easier to catch viruses. Wish I could prescribe a lovely holiday for when you are feeling better. Your card is beautiful and the sentiment is fabulous!!!
