Chill Day

Hi everyone! Well I have to say I'm having a really lazy day today. The weather is really miserable, it's raining on and off and so grey and overcast, even 'his lordship' doesn't want to go lol. So I've pottered around done a bit of tidying up and then I disappeared into my craft room to have a play. Then the post lady knocked..she's lovely she always has a treat for Ollie and then they play for a bit. She brought me the most wonderful thank you card from my dear blogging friend Jenny- go visit her here Cardsarus - she's having a tough time right now, you should pop over to see her wonderful creations she really does make the most beautiful cards. I sat and coloured this lovely digi in and fussy cut her out and used my bow die again! lol and added a bit of bling..it's for a neighbours Granddaughter. I did a lot DT work too trying to work ahead..so my craftroom is now in dire need of a good tidy up!! Well the kettle is calling the hubster fancies a cuppa and a piece of homemade fruit cake so TFL and I'll be back later to visit your wonderful blogs hugglesssssssssssss Sue xxxxxxxxxxxx

Never mind chill, it's been "chilly" here in Dorset today and to add insult we've had three external doors replaced while the rain was pouring and the wind blowing a hooley!! Still, they were very efficient and the doors do look nice. Suzy hasn't fancied going out either having got drenched first thing...flaming June indeed!! Anyway...love your card, great image and the bow is fab!! xx

It's been an awful day here too Sue. We drove back from a few days in Stratford and the conditions on the motorway were horrendous. So glad to be home safely and having time to catch up with what everyone's been up to, Love the colouring on your card Sue and I am having a serious case of bow envy after seeing this gorgeous one!

Hi Sue
Another bright and cheerful card. Just what we need on a very dull and very wet day.
Have made a similar bow today as an experiment but not using a bow die. Will refine it a bit more before popping it on a card for blog consumption.
Cake sounds yum!

Very cute card! You can feel the cool chill coming off of it, which this desert lizard appreciates. I have to say though, that I think that little lady is on some strong opiates!
