Use Some Old Stash with Sweet Stampin

Hi all you fabulous peeps! it's time for our weekly 'just for fun' challenge at Sweet Stampin  and the theme is 'Use Some Old Stash' ...so I have used this cute little Penny Black stamp that I bought oodles and oodles ago when I first starting crafting. So pop over and join in and you never know what hidden gems you might find in your 'old stash'
Well phewwwwww hasn't it been scorching!!!!! the 'boy's have been out bright and early when it was cooler and only for a short walk ..no running involved at all and then back home. They have both been cooling down and splashing around in their paddling pool LOL and we bought them some cooling mats so they have loved them. The hubster has to put on the highest factor sun cream because one of his heart tablets make his skin turn blue if he doesn't but he has been relaxing because it's been too hot to do anything. I got in the car yesterday and oh boy did that air conditioning get shot on straight away!!! I went to the garden centre and bought some more plants....so I think that's it now  I can't wait till they all flower. Anyway we are expecting rain and storms later on we have had a weather warning of flash flooding but at the moment it's hot!!! so I'm going to chill and do some crocheting. Take care everyone and lots of huggles Sue xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Soooo cute Sue. I could tell straight away it was a PB stamp. I have just been converting all of my rubber stamps to ones with backing to use in my mist. Thought I was done until I found another box full in the back of my craft cupboard...what a job.
anyway back on track, your card is a delight, lovely die surrounding and gorgeous colours.xx [aNNie]

Such a sweet card Sue, lovely image and the little scene is brilliant. We had really scary storms last night, after Martin had gone to work, but I was brave and so we're the Pups, they didn't make a fuss at all. The cooling mats sound like a good buy, ours didn't know what to do with themselves yesterday, will have to check them out. Happy crocheting xx

Lovely card Sue, the image is so very cute, how nice to give at another airing. Beautiful design with the pretty papers and die cuts.
Much cooler here today, we had a storm this morning, now it's windy and much fresher but still beautiful! Hope it lasts as my daughter and her family are coming over for a BBQ in a bit...
My dog is a sun-lover...it's a job to keep her out of it, she spreads herself on the patio like a basking shark, often with all 4 legs stuck straight in the air (very unladylike). I have to drag her indoors and put a gate across the patio doors when I think she's getting too hot!
Have a good weekend
Chris

Hi Sue me wonderful little blogging matey.
We had our thunder storm this morning and the rest of the day has been glorrious with a nice breeze to cool us down.
I am lucky as my bungalow stays fairly cool to outside.
I too have use factor 50 as I have freckled skin that burns easily.
I bet the boys enjoyed the paddling pool.
Sounds like you have had a wonderful day.

Your card is gorgeous and that image is so sweet my little pearly dots queen.
Brilliant die cuts used and wonderful paper.

Hi Sue
Well isn't this the cutest of cards. The image can only make you smile.
Ah, the joys of Amiodarone eh? I've just tried to spend short periods outside without having to resort to the factor 50 yet. I'm not used to being this pale lol!
Best wishes.
