Snowglobe Card

Well I had a little practice with my Katy Sue snowglobe dies etc that my fab 'hubster' bought me....and errrrrrrr I think I need a lot more LOL ..I'm covered in glitter ..it's all over my craft room floor and I had one of those hurricane flushes in the middle of making it and my face is all sparkly!!! and my die cutting was a bit offttttt!!! In fact I've got so much glitter all over me I might just pop in and see if I can appear on Strictly!!! I actually have all my ballroom and latin medals but I think a very very very slow foxtrot would be on the cards hahahaha!

We have had a bit of rain today but the last few days have been really glorious ...we went out and did our food shopping today ..all I can say is the prices are shocking! So I've started making a list and I'm sticking to it just getting what I need for the week and a couple of extra's for a treat. So I'll be busy baking this week ...so glad I have all my ingredients I need and didn't have to buy any.

Anyway take care..stay safe and lots of huggles xxxxxx Sue xxxxxxxxxx

Hi Sue I think this card is absolutely beautiful but did have a laugh about the glitter during the hit flush. Which btw I still suffer with I thought they would be long gone haha . As for food prices it’s all crazy. Good luck and happy baking. Hugs Janette xx

What a fabulous card Sue, love the snowmen in the glittering snow globe. How lovely that you decorated yourself to match- you can leave a little sparkle wherever you go!!!
I don't like to think about how much the shopping bills have gone up- there's only 2 of us (+Marvin) - it must be a nightmare for those with growing kids to feed!

This is beautiful Sue and worth getting all glittery for.

Yep! I'm a list sticker too now. Just as well I have been through it all before, so I know what to do. I remember as a family of 5 kids parents and Granddad, my mother sending me to the butcher for some bones for the dog! We didn't have a dog, but we were fed well on those bones with plenty of veg in a huge saucepan of soup. You're doing the same with baking!

Wow Sue, this snow globe card is amazingly beautiful! You and your craft room might be covered in glitter...but it is well worth it! I love this card! Love the frame going around in the holographic paper, love the adorable snow couple and the pretty big red bow. I wouldn't have ever noticed that you were slightly off with your die cutting if you would have never said anything. I'm sure you will get it totally perfect next time! Yes, isn't it shocking at the prices of grocery's?!! Well everything really, but groceries are through the roof! Like you, I am sticking to a list too . If wasn't just me here, I'd be doing a lot of baking too, but for myself only bake once in a while as I don't need it! lol Huggles, Brenda
