Love your card - the image is so cute and so prettily coloured. Great shape as well, are the Go Kreate dies? They look very similar if they are not and they are my fav 'not square' card bases to use.
Glad to hear you got your Anniversary without one of you being in Hospital - fab card by the way - and hope your Hubby's new stay in Hospital is short and helps to find out exactly what the Docs need to know.
